The team who came to do my pipe burst were amazing, professional and thorough. They came to do the main part of the job and did their best to contain the work in my furnished basement. The second team came a few weeks later to do the remainder of work to the main city line and I was impressed with how well they worked as a team to finished the work quickly, keeping me informed every step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get sewer work done.

Would give Terraburst a 6/5 if I could. The team was organized, thorough, professional and true experts. They responded to our urgent water issue immediately, and got us scheduled in the same week they assessed the issue.
Nathan was extremely well informed and helped put our minds at ease. The team showed up on time, around 7am, and completed the work by 3pm. This included them doing a wonderful job of cleaning up the excavation - despite poor weather conditions.
It was easy to tell that this team got along well. They were polite, understanding and did a phenomenal job getting our water up and running - with minimal mess.
They also provided a very reasonable quote and did not try to take advantage of an unfortunate situation (water line break).
If you need a water line replaced - I highly recommend going with the pros!

We were very impressed by this crew, particularly Dustin and Will, installing a CIPP rehab of our sewer line. They arrived on time, kept us well informed of their progress including when we could or could not use our services. They were polite and courteous. They worked efficiently and we were able to use our toilets after only about 6 hours. They left the job site clean and tidy. There was an unexpected hitch when installing a backflow valve, which they handled with patience and skill.

I was also impressed that the assessment and estimate were very straightforward with no attempt at upselling. They were also the only company to coordinate with the city to include the city portion of the line to the main city sewer line.

I wish the main office had confirmed the date of installation since they do say schedules can change due to emergencies. That’s really the only minor issue I had in dealing with Terraburst.

I highly recommend this company.

We were referred to TerraBurst by our niece and our electrician, and we were very happy we went with them. Ean explained how the excavation would be done, that they would shore up the hole to not only protect the garage but also their guys digging it out. This was an every day job for them, and knowing that secured our trust, that they had the expertise to get it done safely and efficiently. Priya gave us a reasonable quote and accommodated our rush situation. The boys showed up at 8am and they were done backfilling the hole by 3pm. Excellent job, and they were friendly and respectful of our home as well. Definitely the best, we highly recommend them!

The guys at Terraburst were excellent. Ean came out twice to provide an estimate and explain the process. David and Ryan for the pipe repair were friendly, knowledgably and easy to work with. The backhoe showed up at the time expected and got to work right about. Very impressed with how the interior was cleaned up after the concrete and dirt broken up and removed. Then, the hole was filled, excess dirt removed and the concrete replace with the valve cap cover. There was very little dust or particles left inside. Overall, I would recommend Terraburst to anyone who needs a pipe repair or replacement.

Finally, the job was started at 0700 and wrapped up about 1500.
